To aid you in finding directions to away matches, here are some directions. Please note that this is not in any special order !

LINGFIELD 4TH XI

Take the A23 towards Crawley and stay on the M23 come off at junction 10, take the A264 exit to East Grindstead/Crawley

At the junction round-a-bout take the 3rd exit onto the A264, go over the next round-a-bout. Take first exit onto the B2028 into Turner's Hill Road. Follow until you get to the B2037/Snow Hill turn right then an immediate left back onto the B2028. Follow this road for about 1.8 miles and the ground is on the left.

CRAWLEY DOWN - Sandy Lane, Crawley Down - Use the following postcode RH10 4HS

It's basically not far from East Grinstead, but closer to the M23
Choices are taking the B2028 north of Haywards Heath, going through Turners Hill, or taking the M23 --> A264 towards East Grinstead and then taking the right turn towards Crawley Down which is the B2028 coming from the other end. Sandy Lane is off the B2028 (Turners Hill Road)

BRUNSWICK VILLAGE CC - Lower Beeding -

The Ground is in Leechpond Hill, Horsham RH13 6NR. Here is the link to the online Google Maps

Either take the Brighton Road running North from Henfield, go through Cowfold and take Leechpond Hill on the RHS, if you get to Monks Gate, you've gone too far!.

Alternatively, take the A23 and take the Cuckfield Lane turnoff towards Warninglid and follow this road out the other side of Warninglid (Warninglid Road) then go left into Handcross Road which leads into Lower Beeding, then take the left into Leechpond Hill.

ASHDOWN FOREST CC -- Take the A275 From Lewes to Chailey, then Chailey towards East Grinstead. You will drive through Danehill then another couple of miles you will come into Chelwood gate. On right hand side is a pub call the Red Lion turn left opposite this and procced for about 700yrds, ground is on right drive in to woods and follow track

BRIGHTON & HOVE CC -- The Nevill Recreation Ground. As you come off the Brighton bypass at the Devils Dyke turn off, take the King George VI Avenue down the hill and take the left turn as if heading towards the greyhound stadium. The Nevill Rec is on your right hand side after the pub, but well before the Greyhound stadium.

WIVELSFIELD GREEN CC -- the village halls postcode is RH17 7QQ for those that want to look it up on multimap.com . The pavillion and square are next to the hall. Take the B2112 which runs from Ditching Beacon to Haywards Heath, and take a right into Green Road just past the car garage, then right again into Eastern Road.

LINGFIELD CC - A new fixture for us this year, the ground is close to the Mormon Temple. Make your way to Haywards Heath, then Lindfield, then Ardingly, Turners Hill then join the B2028 to take you through Crawley Down and you get to a large roundabout with the A264 Gatwick road going left to right, go straight across that roundabout and the ground is situated about a mile down that road on the Left Hand Side. It is worth noting that Lingfield have two further grounds (no details as yet).

THREE BRIDGES CC - The ground is in Maidenbower Drive which you can access via the Balcombe Road which runs out from Haywards Heath. I am told that you cannot miss the ground! In the event that you get lost, make your way to the main Three Bridges Football and Cricket ground off Three Bridges Road, and ask them to direct you

Further Directions for the Maidenbower Cricket Pitch - Head down Haslett Avenue East, follow this road straight down till you can see Three Bridges Station. Just beyond the station after going under the Bridge there is a set of traffic lights that allows for a right turning down Billinton Drive. Follow Billinton till you get to a roundabout and take the first turning off the roundabout down Maidenbower Drive. Folllow this road to the next roundaboutand on the right turnoff at this roundabout is a large field/car park/pavillion - It's opposite the parade of shops at Maidenbower.

AMBERLEY C.C. From the Brighton direction, take the A27 westbound to Shoreham (Lancing College Chapel visible in the distance on your right). Come off and then under the A27 to the roundabout at ground level. Take the A283 approximately eight miles northwest past Steyning to the junction with the A24 at the Washington Roundabout. Cross the A24 and continue on the A283 for about two miles west into Storrington. Keep going through the town until reaching the small roundabout by the Tesco garage. Turn left here onto the B2139, Amberley Road. Follow this road out of Storrington and along by the Downs for around five miles to Amberley. After a small row of houses on your left, the road elbows slightly to the left. The entrance to the club is a hundred yards on the right after this bend. If you wish to park inside the ground (at your own risk), please find a space either behind the pavilion or along the southern edge of the field, closest to the road.

MAYFIELD - Mayfield can be found off the A267 road North of Heathfield and East of Uckfield. There are various ways to get there depending on where you are coming from.
From Mid Sussex: Take the A272 out of Haywards Heath and keep on that road until you meet the A267, then take the Left turn towards and through Five Ashes. At the Big roundabout, take the second exit (straight across) towards Mayfield (the first exit is Mayfield bypass, you don't want that !!) then after about 25 to 30 yards take a right turn which sort of doubles you back on yourself, then the ground is down that road on the Left hand side.
From Brighton: Head along the A27 and take the first Lewes turn off (Brighton Road) and take a left just past Lewes Prison which takes you on to the A275 running North, keep on that road until you hit the A272 at North Chailey, and take a right into the A272 and follow the directions above.

LEWES PRIORY C.C.- Take the A27 towards Lewes and turn of at the first O. Turn right at the lights by the prison. Turn right at the mini O go over the A27 and the ground is on your left

CRAWLEY C.C. Take the A23 north towards Crawley and take the first Crawley turnoff and take the signs towards the Broadfield Stadium (Crawley Town FC) which is the second turning (straight on). At the roundabout next to the Broadfield Stadium take the Right into Southgate Avenue (A2004) keep going along that road through about 4 sets of traffic lights heading towards County Mall shopping center and the ground is on the right hand side before you get to the main roundabout next to County Mall.

UNICORNS CC - The match this year is at Clayton Recreation ground, 2pm start. Turn off A23 on to A273 (just before Pycombe) and then turn right into Underhill Lane (just before Jack n' Jill pub). Ground is 50 metres on left hand side.

CHAILEY C.C. - If you come from A23 - junction of A272 turn east - head through Haywards Heath and Scaynes Hill then couple or so miles you pass Chailey Heritage (with Chapel with clocks) on right-hand side. About 200 - 300 metres you enter a 40mph sign - advise that you then signal to turn right and another 100 metres on your right , just before another Church, you will see a sign that reads 'Chailey Sports Club' - turn in there......get there and you have found us.

If you come via Lewes head up A275 until it meets the junction of A272 (where you find King's head pub, garage and Sarita's tea rooms - turn left - again about 100 metres you find church and immediately after it is Chailey Sports club

BRIGHTON BEAMERS - Beamers tend to play on Brighton Council pitches, typically either Preston Park or East Brighton Park.

PRESTON PARK CC (2008 Season) - Saxon road, which is the pitch on the west side of Wish Park. Pavilion is also on west side.

HAMMERWOOD - Go up the A23 into M23 and take Juntion 10 A264 towards East Grinstead. Go straight across the first two roundabouts. After about 2.5 miles you will come to the A22 at Felbridge, turn Right going South towards East Grinstead. After about another mile you will come across some traffic lights and a mini roundabout, keep going until you reach the FireStation where you will need to be in the Left Hand Lane. About 100 yeards turn Left on to the A264 towards Tunbridge Wells (that turn is not well signed, if you get to the Lewes/Eastbourne left turn you have gone to far and will need to circle around and try again!), follow the road for about 3 miles out of East Grinstead until you see a sign for HAMMERWOOD PARK HOUSE, take that right turn into a single track road which meanders past a pond etc before eventually ending up at the Ground on the left hand side.

PARTRIDGE GREEN - KING GEORGE V PLAYING FIELDS, HIGH STREET, PARTRIDGE GREEN, WEST SUSSEX, RH13 8ET (Tel: 07918 077440)

From the A24: take the B2135 to Partridge Green. Once in the village turn left at ‘ The Partridge’ into the High Street. Continue straight on at mini round-a-bout, the ground is 100 yards on the right hand side as you leave the village.
From the A281: in Shermanbury take the B2116 sign posted Partridge Green. The ground is on the left as you enter the village.

JEVINGTON - FROM A27 - Follow the A27 towards Eastbourne and take a Right at the Tollgate Crossroads, go through Wannock and keep going and the ground is on the right hand side before you enter the village. If you get to the Pub, you've gone too far.

FROM A259 - Again, head towards Eastbourme and take a left at Friston.
