On a gloomy Sunday afternoon in Partridge Green, the Wanderers fielded first in spits and spots of rain and restricted the hosts to 131. In response, the Wanderers were going very well at 59-1 with John Bird (31 not out) and Jeremy Preston (22 not out) when the weather called an early end to procedings and the match was abandoned. At the point of writing, I'm not sure if this is a No Result, or a Draw, but either way it shows that the Wanderers season continues to progress nicely, and lets hope the positive displays continue for the rest of the season!
